DEPTH PSYCHOTHERAPY

About This Work
My approach is collaborative, psychodynamic, and attuned to embodied experience. With commitment to the process, depth psychotherapy can provide a sturdy container for deepening your capacity to lean with curiosity into discomfort, difference, and the unknown as it shows up in your life. In addition to Jungian analytic training, I draw on relational psychoanalytic training, mindfulness and embodiment practices, and somatically oriented Jungian dreamwork (BodyDreaming). While I work with clients presenting a variety of concerns, I am especially interested in engaging with people who are working through:

-
major life transitions
-
relationship and attachment issues
-
depression and anxiety
-
exploring gender and sexuality and/or queerness in its many forms
-
dreams and nightmares
-
grief and loss
-
integration of psychedelic experiences and other non-ordinary states of consciousness
-
spiritual experiences and/or issues related to religious identity
-
creative process or creative blocks
